Sometimes when I just lock the screen and leave the conversation open and I get a new SMS, nothing in the conversation will happend – I’ve to go back to the SMS-list and reopen the conversation (or close BiteSMS and restart it)

Hi, I found a small bug today when having an SMS “chat” with a friend (god, gotta love bitesms’ low rates!!!!).
If you have bitesms open in a conversation, then lock the iphone, receive an SMS, then unlock the iphone, you’re taken back to the home screen and bitesms tries to (re?)launch unsuccessfully.

You need to tap on bitesms and open it again.

Is this expected behaviour? I don’t think so since you can have any application running and upon unlocking you’re still in that application.

Hi aLt, welcome to the forum !

1. I think you noticed two problems, not 3…

2. biteSMS has a sound ? what sort of sound are you talking about ?

3. When you exit biteSMS after having typed something (but did not send the text) biteSMS automatically saves this text so that if you ever do the same thing accidentally, you won’t have to type the whole thing all over again.
