yea, the previous one, which the setting and compose button are separate, theres no problem to skin (thats because bitesms uses their own images under bitesms.app)

the winterboard definitely can skin the buttosn, the problem is on bitesms app (just like the video i posted) i suppose

but the stocksms work just fine martin, or at least maybe u cud use or own image just like the earlier version, so i cud just chage it from there :O appearance is everything for me…

btw, u should clean up your bitesms.app folder, theres a lot unwanted image files there :P just my two cents

I had brought this problem awhile ago, I wont giveup until martin give me an answer :P I posted a video here. As u can see, I had activated theme on winterboard to change the appearance into black, as u can see the transition after i click on of the sms thread back to the conversation thread, u can see the the setting and compose button is black but after less than a second, it reverted back to the blue buttons… is there anything u can do about it Martin ?

just a warning guys, if ur the owner of iPhone3G, DO NOT install activateMMS2G, i say again DO NOT install, it will brick ur iPhone and u need to restore afterwards !

I tried it on my 2G iPhone and yes, it works great !

biteSMS only using the glyphs of setting and compose, which is icon_settings.png and icon_compose, but not icon_settings_down, icon_settings_up, icon_compose_up, icon_compose_down

i know they have all of those images, but it all junk right now. On bitesms 4.1, it doesnt use those anymore, even for the chat bubbles. I do my homework, so yea, i know what im talkin about.

u would never be able to change the chat bubble from bitesms.app anymore, it connected to the default sms app which located on ChatKit.framework. so u need to change it from there

now im figuring out on the setting and compose, I do hope that bitesms using separate images just like what they did on earlier version

why do u say QC doesnt work in youtube ? it works just fine, just that the video paused when u click the quickcompose button. WHICH IS GOOD so that you’re not missing any video you’re watching ! :D

the update didnt comeout in my cydia also BUT what i did is, i just reinstall biteSMS from cydia and it updated my bitesms to 3.2 beta3 :)

just my 2 cents
