Call button is working fine for me, but might I suggest moving it to the left side of the list? I keep accidentally pressing it while scrolling my favorites.

Make sure you guys have the favorites star lit up before you go looking for the call button, it is only on your favorites as far as I can tell.

+1 on this feature. Is there a way of contacting the original developer of shapewriter. To implement his code into the app. Even as a sort of ‘in app purchase’ to make it worth his while.

REGARDING Bitesms 5.0 beta 2:
I cant find the “call” button in the new update of the beta of the quick compose. I already checked my settings and nothing. And
I hate to say this but in my opinion I hate having to scrow down to the ringtone..lol
I would like it to be on top.

Also, I see that the message blobs only have 2 rounded corners now and extend off the sides. Is this a bug or a new look for BiteSMS? Is it possible to turn it off? I prefer the old.. :(

Just discovered a bug with the popup when using a Bluetooth Keyboard: The on-screen keyboard is hidden (due to not being needed), but when you click the + for the popup menu, it appears below the screen and is inaccessible. When pressing the + button, it will need to determine if the on-screen keyboard is hidden or not and pop it up above the keyboard if so.

Also, I see that “full Bluetooth keyboard support” is in your list of features for 5.0. I just updated, but I still can’t send by hitting Enter, even twice on my keyboard. Do you have a list of shortcuts that are being added for BT KB support? Do I have to turn it on somewhere? I would love an option like “Press Return to Send”, and Shift+Return for a carriage return (new line). This would make BiteSMS with a BT keyboard function much like an IM messenger on a desktop.

I thought that was tied to pirated cracked copies of biteSMS. Do you have legitimate copies of it? or did you both try to crack it at some point?

I think it’s a glitch cause I had the same passcode back then before i upgraded to 5.0 and it was way faster..

Native ring tones worked when i was running 4.0.1 jailbroke with jailbreakme.com. I restored to 3.1.2 and jailbroke with blachra1n and sn0wbreezed to 4.0 then lost native ringtones. Just restored to 4.0.1 and jailbroke with jailbreakme.com again everything is working again:) Hope this helps. (using 3Gs 32gb old bootrom)

Just want to say that I found out about biteSMS like yesterday. I don’t know if this is implemented, so in case it’s not, I request it here.

As title. Shouldn’t be very hard to implement. Just a single database entry with the number of texts you’ve sent, and if the SMS is more than one SMS long, it should count it as 2, 3, and so forth…
This is a really important to me since I send usually around 3000 texts each month, and I want to keep track of how many texts I send.

And btw: I’m getting biteSMS as soon as I get my iPhone and jailbreak it. It seems awesome, fits all my needs.

Sometimes when multiple SMS’s come in I am not able to QR to them all and have a 1 (2 or 3, etc…) notification up by the battery letting me know. The only way to view the SMSs is to close the current app and go into Bite. It would be cool if you could tap on the “1 notification” and have it pop up a QR box or have it pop up the summary of missed SMS’s (if there is multiple unread SMSs).
