@kosty are you on a 3G iPhone as it’s very slow with iOS 4?

yes i’m on a 3G. It’s not so slow as many people say.
After tapping the ringer popup it takes 1-3 sec until quickcompose opens.

@Martin
Any word from the devs about the sms bubble colors?

Thanks :)

Edit by Martin, sorry, they said they’d have to spend time to work it out…...and time is short at present with bugs to fix.

found a glitch on 4.0.

if you have an unread message and the quicklist icon on the statusbar, the icon moves around when you open for example settings or another app,
after the app finishes loading, the icon returns to the correct position.

sometimes the bubble is over the % display of the battery

Edit by Martin, that’s a known issue, being worked on.

another thing I noticed : does the quicklist icon only appear on home and lock screen ? when opening an app where the statusbar is shown, the bubble disappears as long as I’m in the app.

Edit by Martin, LOL not us, not any beta testers found this one! works in all Apple apps but not App Store ones, we’ll fix it.

@phate, thanks we’ll fix it.

That’s fine Martin. Bugs are definitely more important :) Perhaps our experiences biteSMS uses will find out how to change it anyway :D

@ Ben T

Yes me too and addition open biteSMS (read all my SMS), i’m on 3G OS4 disable multitasking, only used home screen and lock screen when jaibreak (enable).

Opening biteSMS and the native Messaging app takes exactly the same time on a 3G without multi-tasking. That’s a fact.

On a 3G and 3GS with multi-tasking biteSMS starts up quicker if already running via multi-tasking than the native Messaging app.

Opening up say QC takes the same time as any other SB alert, we can’t make it go quicker than the phone can handle.
