I Will appreciate if we can have Date/Time Stamp of each Message.
It should display Date/Time Stamp each time when We recieve and I send an biteSMS

Its going to be incorporated in a near future update. One would be able to tap and hold down a bubble to display the detailed headers of that particular text.

@ rama – It looks like this kinda. It’s been updated to look a lot cleaner. I actually would be in heaven if Bite incorporated something like this. This is probably the only thing I’m sad that BiteSMS does not have.

@ rama – What Bite is going to do is make you have to hold the conversation bubble for the info to pop up, as opposed to have it imprinted above the SMS. I’d download iReal and send a screenie of what it looks now, but I’m too lazy :)

Wouldn’t you like it ? You could then get the info for the particular text you need rather than the interface being filled up with too much text.. what do you say ? :-)

It would look to cramped up with all the time stamp. Holding down a bubble to know other info is the best features in the TODO list IMHO.

Its important to have time and Date for each msg to keep them on track :D

I agree with frozzbyte, I think showing the date and time on every single message looks way too busy IMHO.

Currently it shows timestamps at a granularity of 15-minutes (like Apple do).

We plan on allowing a long hold of a bubble to show extra details like the message timestamp and senderID. So it’s there if you really need to check it, but not in your face all the time.

I would say if you please add timestamp and date on each and every single message.
for some reason it’s neccessary to have that option.
May be it will look way busy but that is my preference.
I hope you will take this note into your consideration.

I have 2 ideas.
Firs if you tap on the message there will be a pop up message. Something like this :

Second if you slide your finger there will be an info tab and if you chose it some window will came. Something like this :

@uuz: First idea is way far better than any others around. Very nice ! Instead of tap we need to tap and hold a bubble to make this pop up, just to prevent accidental pop-ups.

@ram: won’t that conflict with clippy or the newer copy paste method? Double tap could work? Oh and we can have the font a bit smaller. I am just trying to help cuz I like this idea as well.

I say tap because double tap / tap and hold will conflict with copy paste methods. By the way font should be smaller but i’m not a photoshop artist. I prepare this images at paint :)

@freetrade, @uuz : Yes sure, I completely forgot. :-) Double tap could work out right ? I have no clue on how to evoke Copy & Paste in FW 3.0.

Font is a trivial matter, I really liked the translucent dialogue box.
