Just a thought. I have a monthly contract, and can send 500 texts a month. Would it be possible to set a date for BiteSMS to automatically reset the SMS sent counter at the end of the contracts current month?

how would BiteSMS know when your contract month ends?
mine runs from the 18th to the 17th of the following month…

Thats what I mean by ‘set a date’. You could have a settings option that you can customise to your contract dates.

Exactly. That should cater for all needs.

Go to www.gravatar.com, log in with your biteSMS user ID (Mickey) and password, from where you can upload a clipart, I guess from settings. It does take a couple of hours though to reflect on the forum, so just wait for sometime once you’re done.

Btw, I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to take biteSMS to twitter.. we can spread the word and get more people in.. what do you think ?

Hmmm. Doesnt seem to be working for me. I can’t log in. I signed up on this website to start posting. I tried my login name, user ID, and email registered with this account, and it still says wrong person. It also says that my email address im using with this logon is no registered.

Mickey, scroll up to the top of this page and look at the top RHS corner, you see Settings ? Give it a go from there.

Yeah. I can change my email address and password, as well as my onscreen name (mickey). My login name is different. There is nowhere in settings that allows you to add a picture and using that website wont allow me to log in with the details I use to log into the bitesms forums. :(

No, I meant from the top of the page, when you enter into Settings, you’ll find a couple of lines saying about Avatars on the top right. Click on the blue Gravatar link, it redirects you to their website, log in with your biteSMS EMAIL ID and password, and under My Account click “Manage”. Tell me if this works.

Yeah. I tried this. Went into settings. Clicked on the link. Tried to log in but I got this message…
>> Incorrect email, username, or password, please try again

I then went back to bitesms website and changed my email address and password and tried logging into Gravatar with the new details. Still no luck. Same message.
Any suggestions??

Mickey try the same thing once again after about 6 hours from now, Gravatar always takes time to update its stuff. Keep posting, I’ll ask them what’s wrong..
