case: single tap into the recipient field and like in the favorites menu, a dropdown with the 5-10 last used contacts will show up, so you can simply click on the name to insert it.

Good you started the topic, i like the idea i like to have with the last calls not only contact saved on the phone.

Seems like a nice thing, but not implemented this way, as it’s kinda confusing don’t you think, normally you’d make a conscious decision, like pressing a button or icon.

imo that’s the quickest and most easy way.
plus another single tap will close it again.
if too confusing, you could reduce the area to the “TO:” text

about the behaviour: it’s like all those suggest features, only that you dont have to type a single char before it shows up.
