I’m new to bitesms and so far love it. I can’t figure out how to use the MMS feature though. Can someone help me? Thanks. Also, I’m having a problem sending sms to one individual. I can send and recieve from everyone else, never had this problem before. Thanks in advance for any help.

For the sending sms issue, please email us your mobile number and the problem mobile number to help@bitesms.com

For MMS, you need to contact your carrier or google for the MMS settings in the Carrier Network Settings screen on your iPhone.

Do you have the little camera icon in the text app? If not, you need to apply the carrier update first. Then its just a matter of putting the correct settings in.
